1. Information we process

• The type and topic of your message, and, where relevant, the product model, operating environment, location, expected work area and additional details you provide.
• Your preferred name and the phone number or email address you provide.
• Submission time, source page and request identifiers used to prevent duplicate submissions and detect unusual requests.
• Approximate location (country, province and city), along with network provider information, inferred locally on the server from your IP address.
• Device type, operating system category and browser category classified locally on the server from User-Agent information sent by the browser.

The contact and feedback database does not store raw IP addresses, complete User-Agent strings or precise GPS locations, and does not collect screen, font or Canvas fingerprints. Standard server security logs may temporarily record connection IP addresses and User-Agent strings for security and troubleshooting. Logs rotate daily and are retained for no more than 14 days; they are not used for cross-site marketing analysis.

2. Why we process information

We use this information to handle sales inquiries, assess equipment suitability for your intended use, provide after-sales support, make improvements based on feedback, carry out necessary follow-up and security audits, and detect unusual requests. We do not use it for cross-site advertising tracking.

3. Cookies & local storage

The contact and feedback feature does not set cookies. The website uses browser local storage only to remember the site and form language and whether the contact window has been closed or submitted, reducing repeat interruptions. It does not store your selected topic, form contents, preferred name or contact details in the browser.

4. Retention & security

Under our current business rules, we retain submitted inquiries, approximate location inferred from IP addresses, device categories, and irreversible HMAC values derived from IP addresses on a long-term basis for ongoing follow-up and audit records. Raw IP addresses and full User-Agent strings may appear only in server security logs retained for up to 14 days. We protect data through service isolation, access controls, database backups and integrity checks. Applicable legal requirements and valid requests to exercise individual rights are handled in accordance with the relevant rules.

5. Sharing & processing providers

Approximate location inferred from IP addresses is determined using a server-side offline database; IP addresses are not sent to a third-party lookup service. Submissions trigger internal notifications through Tencent Enterprise Email according to inquiry type. We do not provide this information to other organizations except as required by law, necessary to provide the service or separately authorized.

Website images and videos are delivered through Alibaba Cloud OSS and CDN. Your browser sends its connection IP address and the request information needed to load these resources to delivery nodes for content delivery, access protection and troubleshooting. Resource delivery does not use cookies or cross-site tracking identifiers, and your inquiry or feedback form contents are not sent to these nodes.

6. Your rights & contact

To request access, a copy, correction, restricted processing, withdrawal of consent or deletion, email info@huygensai.cn. To protect information security, we may verify your relationship to the relevant inquiry before processing your request.

7. Updates to this notice

If the types of personal information, purposes, methods or retention rules change materially, we will update this notice and obtain renewed consent where legally required.
